We had a great experience at Warsaw Family Eyecare. Scheduling appointments was easy, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Appointments were on time, which we really appreciated, Dr. Caughell took the time to answer our questions and never made us feel rushed. Excellent care and great customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing Tabitha for a while now, and she is truly amazing. She’s incredibly patient, explains everything step by step in a way that’s easy to understand, and you can feel that she cares about her patients. She brings positive energy and kindness to every visit… and a shout out to Joyce, who brings the same energy. And the front desk staff are always so friendly and welcoming.

My wife came back very upset today after her visit to Warsaw Family Eyecare. Following cataract surgery she needed new lenses for her glasses. She went in for eye exam and they ordered new lenses. A week later the new lenses came in and my wife drove in the have the new lenses placed in her frames. But, it turns out they ordered the wrong lenses. So they sent her home for another week while they reordered lenses. Another week went by and she gets a call that the new lenses are in. She drives again to have the new new lenses put in here frames. During installation they break her frames. They fool around for a while trying to repair her plastic lenses, which we all know will not last). They finally realize they cannot repair the frames so they tell her she can select replacement frames, but they cannot cost any more than the frames she had, which she bought a few years ago. She found some frames from the same manufacturer of her current frame but prices had increased since she bought her prior frames. Warsaw Family Eyecare made my wife pay the extra cost for the new frame, even though her old frames were fine and she was not responsible for the breakage. So now, she has to wait 2-3 weeks for new frames, she didn’t intend to buy, and drive around with glued broken frames. This is no way to run a business. They are many Optomitrist in Warsaw to choose from. Perhaps it’s time to change.

Have had annual contact lense exam for many years at Warsaw Family Eye Care. This year, 2026, attempted multiple times to schedule appointment, always told appointment available in 2 months. Even stopped by office to schedule. Was told insurance was not valid. Received phone call few days later wanted to schedule annual appointment, in two months! Went elsewhere for eye exam.
