Since I'm petite, they really worked with me to find the right frames. I went to the Washington eye center where they looked up colors of a petite frame, ordered two in, and sent them to Hermann. Then the receptionist patiently sat with me and was very helpful in helping me choose.
Great pair of glasses I received from here! Great reception, kind and efficient! Knowledgeable doctor, that I respect a lot!
Been going here rinse a child. Last two glass the coating peeled off. First I had only 30 days. They replaced. They replaced ones made it a year before doing the same. Strike two. Going somewhere else.
Walked in looking for an eye exam and found the physician to be so great! I finally have the perfect glasses and I can see.
