Five stars isn’t enough! Dr. Waters is fantastic! She’s kind, knowledgeable, thorough, and truly cares about her patients. Her staff is equally amazing. They’re friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every interaction has been a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Waters and her entire team!
Today I took my 11-year-old daughter for her first eye appointment. It was an exceptional experience! Dr Waters was more than friendly. She even gave us a really cool science lesson on the eyes and its parts and described everything that we were looking at on all of the photos that were taken. She was an excellent listener and my daughter really loved her personality and attention. We will most definitely be changing over to Dr. Waters from our current eye doctor. So grateful we found this place!
Dr. Waters was recommended to me from a friend and I couldn’t be more pleased. From the moment I made my appointment over the phone to selecting contacts and eyeglasses the processes was easy and unhurried. The staff was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Dr. Waters was professional, very friendly and easy to talk with during the exam. She wasn’t all business which I really liked. If an eye exam can be pleasant, well this is the place. Highly recommend.
Waters Family Eyecare is the best! Everyone working there is friendly and helpful. Dr. Waters knows her stuff and is relatable. She found my favorite frame before I did on her first attempt! With life being so expensive lately the office was wonderful at checking insurance and guiding me in the right direction.
Dr. Waters & staff is by far the BEST eye glass place, i've ever encountered. We were welcomed at the door with our names on a board that said, "Welcome!" That touched me deeply. The office was very clean with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very nice, personable and greeted us with a smile. I felt like I was at home. That's how comfortably i felt. My experience was top tier from the beginning to the end. The technician explained the features on my glasses very well. Plus, picked out glasses I loved on the first try. Dr. Waters is a sweet heart. She explained everything about the results of my eye exam to where I could understand. Plus, my husband and I, had friendly laughs with her & her staff.
