Webb Eye Care

My experience at this office was absolutely phenomenal from the eye exam performed by Dr. Webb; to actually receiving my glasses on the same day that I get my eye exam. They have my glasses ready in 22 minutes that is unheard of and they fit perfectly. (I got the Coach frames❤️) Upon arriving, the staff was very welcoming and professional. At my previous Doctor, I can’t say that I didn’t receive good service there because I did and the staff were very nice but I dealt with LensCrafters for getting my eye glasses and it would’ve been a week and a half before I would’ve Received my glasses. I highly recommend this facility to any person and every person that I know. Thank you, Dr. Webb and your staff for an outstanding experience.

My experience after my eye exam and getting my eyeglasses was just as phenomenal. They had my prescription ready within 22 minutes. That is a record for me in all the time that I have been wearing glasses since the year of 2008. At My previous doctor dealing with LensCrafters I would’ve been waiting almost a week and a half for my glasses. I would highly recommend Dr. Webb’s office to any person and every person that I know. We had to be near Birmingham yesterday—& since both of the arms of my glasses had broken off within the last week—I had to figure out a solution. Actually—I had been using electrical tape to piece them together & had to redo them often. So—as it worked out—I went to the Webb Eye Care Clinic & Eyemarket Express. Let me tell you—they were truly a blessing!! They took such good care of me & I met several outstanding people!! There they bend over backward to make sure you have whatever you need too!! So—I just had to give ALL of them a “SHOUT OUT” to say, “THANK YOU” for helping me see again!! Sincerely, Carol

My visit this morning was exceptionally great. From the front desk person on up! Thank you for addressing my needs, and I will most definitely return next year for my annual exam. I advise anyone looking for an optometrist, to visit Dr. Webb!

My first experience with Eye Mart. Very pleased with the entire process. Thorough exam, optometrist was friendly and explained the results in layman terms. Purchasing the eyeglasses was handled professionally and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend Eye Mart.
