I was very pleased with my shopping experience. A very clean and orderly store. Isles are never crowded with boxes of products not put away in a timely manner. Customer service is adequate to meet any of my needs. It is a safe and comfortable environment each time I shop there. The management should be commended on a fine leadership job. Thank you. I am writing this final complaint to formally document the gross negligence of Store #2992 (Plano, TX). After waiting since January 22 for my tire order and being repeatedly misled by staff, I was forced to take urgent action today, February 3, to ensure my safety. The Breaking Point: I arrived for my 9:00 AM appointment today, only to find the tires were still missing. Because Walmart failed to resolve this for 12 days, leaving me with dangerously bald tires, I could no longer wait for your incompetent logistics. I have now been forced to purchase and install tires at a competitor (Discount Tire) across the street to ensure my vehicle is road-safe.
Horrible customer service. I purchased a $50 scratch off ticket out of the machine and the ticket got stuck. I was told that no one on site had a key to the machine and the soonest someone could be there would be more than 30 minutes later. What made the situation worse was that no one would call a store manager for me nor give me a name of the store manager. Bad management all the way around and rude store employees. $50. lesson. I will never shop there again.
This location is more favorite than the other Walmart locations as they keep this place stocked never could go out empty handed. Layout is much better than some of the other stores. Lots of options for food or clothing, have also purchased some lamps and travel bags that were good quality and worked out well. Holidays sales are the best for kids with lots of options.
