Weinstein Eye Associates

I have been coming here for years and never had an issue. The staff and the doctors were always competent but this visit was different. I walked in and nobody greeted me but they were laughing and joking around. 5 minutes later, I was finally greeted but they had misplaced my chart. The doctor was super nice and professional. I saw an associate after and she told me she was going to e-mail my new prescription which she never did. I called today and soon as the front desk answers, they’re giggling, muted the phone, then hung up. Teach your staff some decorum. There is a time and place for everything.

The staff is professional, helpful, and friendly. At no point did I feel like I was being rushed along. They took time to explain every step, and were glad to answer any questions that I had. They took care of what I needed for the drivers license eye exam, and made the whole process super easy. I couldn’t recommend this office any more highly!

Dr. Burner is amazing. Three other doctors (two ophthalmologists and one optician) were not able to get my prescription right. Dr. Burner took her time and was very careful to make sure both the distance and reading parts of the progressive lenses were correct. If you need new glasses, Weinstein is the place to go.

My first time at Weinstein Eye and I was greeted with a smile. Friendly staff. The exam was easy and the doctor gave great explanations. A bonus is my new glasses. They have high end brands and very trendy frames.

I’ve been a patient there for many years and have enjoyed the care I received. With COVID we have had to make many changes. They are doing well with that. An improvement for me would have been to be able to look at new glasses afterward. They were caring for other patients and waiting wasn’t what I wanted to do or make another appointment to go back.
