Been going to Dr Haring for over 25 years - great eye Dr. care,, professional. However, front desk staff taking insurance coverage is Extremely Rude, not professional at all.. They do Not know how to check or verify insurance coverage which my card was provided to them. Insisted i did not have insurance coverage, claimed they were looking up on the insurance site and shows no coverage. I had to call the members benefits of carrier , put on speaker so they could clearly hear from insurance company i had 100%exam coverage. This happened last year as well, same insurance nothing changed, however they argue with you. Front desk staff have bad attitude, - they clearly do NOT know how to look up insurance verification- lacking customer service skills-, unprofessional. And no apology they were wrong- Just Rude. Too bad doctors cant find good help.

Very clean, friendly, and efficient facility. I was in and our in under an hour. I love my new prescription and can see again!
