I reached out over a week ago to make an appointment and left a message, but never received a call back. I understand offices get busy, but a courtesy return call would have been the professional thing to do.
The doctor here is fabulous! The office doesn't have a clue about how it runs. I waited 35 minutes past my appointment, and then they took the lady that was scheduled after I was before me. Dr. Slocum is amazing, but don't go if you want "nice". They're all worried about their own problems.
New patient needing replacement glasses, initial visit front desk and medical assistant were unprofessional and rude. Doctor and Chelsea were very helpful when getting my frames. Returned again to pick up frames, same situation. Front desk is the first person you see when you enter the medical facility and they couldn’t be more rude and unfriendly. Won’t be back and wouldn’t suggest.
Dr Brothers is an amazing ophthalmologist. She goes out of her way to take care of her patients. The availability at the Winghaven location is great. Dr Brothers listened to all my concerns and helped me find the right course of treatment for my chronic dry eye. Both of my kids love her. Best doctor ever!
I go to the office at St Luke's hospital to see my Dr. I go to winghaven to get my glasses adjusted for fit. They're always very helpful getting me and my wheelchair situated. The only reason for the four star is they take a marathon lunch like 11:30 to 1:00
