Great experience with Dr. Kerry John and her amazing team! Everyone in the office was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about their patients. Dr. John is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Her staff was just as attentive, making sure all of the necessary exams were completed while answering any questions along the way. The atmosphere in the office was warm and inviting, and even the checkout process was easy-peasy! And the cherry on top? The cutest goldendoodle, Mr. Winston. The office just wouldn’t be the same without him. Highly recommend this practice!

Exceptional Care and a Welcoming Team! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Kerry Navin. She is incredibly professional and takes the time to conduct a patient, thorough examination of my eyes. I never felt rushed, and she made sure to answer all of my questions with great care. Beyond the excellent clinical care, the entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and creates a wonderfully positive environment from the moment you walk through the door. I love West End Vision! Everything about this place is awesome! I have been going to Dr John for years. I recommend Wet End Vision to all of my friends and family. She is the absolute best doctor. She is always patient and kind. I Love everyy about her office. Especially her dog Winston.

Dr. John is the most patient and caring eye doctor I have ever had. I first met her maybe 6 years ago when she was my son’s doctor. He had tried contacts several times before that and could never find a pair that would work for him. The doctors usually just gave up on him. Dr. John worked with him for as long as it took, ordering different brands and strengths until he was finally able to wear contacts regularly. Now our whole family sees her!! She and her staff are welcoming and kind. Dr. John makes you feel like you’re sitting with an old friend. I cannot recommend her enough!

Hands down, by far my best experience with any medical professional. Dr. Kerry John, is the consummate professional. Very knowledgeable with a soft side able to explain everything for ease of understanding. I literally felt as if I was her only patient for the day! Do yourself a favor and choose her for your vision care. Also she has a great team that supports the whole process.
