As a new patient I called verified my insurance with them that it would be covered, contacted my insurance who said it would be covered but when I got to my appointment the receptionist said no it would not be covered, we got into an argument that previously the staff said it would be covered. Finally she admitted a gal who had worked there the week I called was mis informed.. for the exam they billed my insurance 310 and I'm stuck with 165 even though it's in network .. basic eye exam for glasses but only wanted exam to get contacts .. eye health nw charges 60 for the contact exam .. I'll be going back to them next year..

Really appreciate the professionalism and competence of all the staff at WLVC. Dr. Tammy has been awesome and I trust her completely. I highly recommend WLVC.

Dr. Corey Scott is excellent. I moved away to Lopez Island n drive 5 plus hours to come annually for eye checks.
