We had an absolute great experience, I had 4 of my children with me, two needed eye exams. The staff was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. They helped the boys select frames, told jokes to help them relax and were very kind. I was very happy with the entire experience.

Luke is an absolute standout. After my exam I worked with him to pick out glasses and he made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. He took his time helping me find the perfect pair, walked me through all the lens features and options so I actually understood what I was getting, and never made me feel like I was holding things up. What really impressed me was that he took the time to research my VSP plan on the spot to make sure I was getting every benefit available to me. That kind of extra effort is rare and it saved me money I would have otherwise left on the table. If you go here, ask for Luke.

Very friendly and accommodating. I only wanted an exam. The person doing the exam was very professional and knowledgeable. I think they wanted me to buy glasses too, but as soon as I said, "No," they didn't ask again.
