Had a great first visit for an eye exam. Pleasant atmosphere and the team was friendly and helpful. Dr G was approachable and patient with answering my questions. Danielle has great customer service experience and helped me out when my frames were back ordered. She had a solution so that I could still get my choice of frames later while still being able to get a working set of glasses right away. Well done!

We had just moved to West Seattle and I was looking for optometrist that accepted our insurance. I did my eye examination and the doctor was very friendly and did a thorough job without making it rushed. The ladies were wonderful and helped me select a pair of readers that they said suited my personality! It was just a positive and personalized experience. Strongly recommend them ❤️

I like WSO. Dr. Gormley is very friendly and personable and puts his patients at ease. He knows his stuff and makes you feel like an old friend. The ladies in the front are very professional and go the extra distance to help their clients get their prescriptions made. They inspect the glasses when they come back from the lab and will send them back if they aren't 100%. If it isn't perfect, they'll make it perfect, or they won't send them out the door.

I felt very comfortable here. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't feel like they were giving me a sales pitch like other places, and the doctor really took his time with my exams. We had a nice conversation and I felt like I was valued as a patient. The quality of my glasses is excellent, and I didn't have to go back to get anything adjusted.
