WV Vision Center is so user friendly. They fulfilled my glasses prescription last fall. Today I stopped by to have the frames adjusted. One of the employees came out in just a few minutes, adjusted them, and told ne to come back again if necessary. I appreciate such excellent service.

Dr. Mavencamp is always great to work with. Just routine visits for me, but they've been helpful especially with advising on product recommendations with insurance and contact lenses/glasses.
Y’all, Dr. Ellis is truly a gem. She is so kind, sweet & phenomenal in her natural gift. She makes you feel comfortable, explains everything so well and has a gentle approach. I highly recommend her for your eye care needs.
I cannot say enough good things about my experience here, they truly went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in the best hands. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out, though, was the genuine care and compassion I received. The follow up appointments to make sure I was happy with my contacts and to make sure they fit correctly was outstanding. You can tell this team doesn’t just treat patients — they take care of people. I’m so grateful to have found this clinic and can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience with eye care. Highly, highly recommend!
Generally had not great experiences over the years. Terrible at returning phone calls or being helpful. The one good optometrist there left. Seems like often they go out of their way to be unhelpful. They regularly give out wrong prescriptions, make it hard to pick up your glasses, scam people on insurance or returns that they screwed up. They clearly don't pay staff enough to maintain decent levels of staffing, competency or care. I've heard really good things about Yukon from my partner and suggest folks avoid west valley vision and maybe mention to your insurance also that they're not very thorough.
