I had my very first eye exam done here recently and had a great experience. The employees are very professional and knowledgeable! I ordered my first pair of glasses with them and had a great experience with that as well. Dont hesitate to schedule an appointment and check out their beautiful selection of frames. The ones I got are nowhere to be found online which I think is fun :)
We really enjoyed going to Yukon Eyecare Professionals until this experience. The staff and providers were always friendly, professional, and thorough, which is why this situation was so disappointing. My husband and daughter both received unexpectedly large bills after their visits because we were never informed that the extensive testing being performed would not be covered by insurance. Had we known the cost ahead of time, we would have appreciated the opportunity to decide whether we wanted to proceed with those additional tests. I would strongly recommend that anyone visiting Yukon Eyecare Professionals ask for pricing and insurance coverage details upfront before agreeing to any extra testing. Transparency about costs would have made a huge difference in our experience.
Genuine care and concern. I was having an apparent emergency, and he got me help. Which is good, because I ended up admitted to the hospital for a few days. Thank you! Things could have been so much worse, like last time, before I met you And you helped me then, too!
I had an eye emergency. They are very friendly and helpful. Got me an appointment within hours to see a Dr. I was seen immediately after checking in. Scott Gabreski was fantastic to work with. He was able to find a great solution to my problem. Thank you so much for the wonderful service you all provided today!!!😊
Staff is super friendly, eye exam always top tier. I can tell Dr. Gabreski has a passion for his work, and so do the techs! They listen and make sure you leave without unanswered questions. Glasses selection is unlike any other and they worked with my insurance! I made my appointment a week before coming in and it’s always worth the wait. The BEST eye doctor I’ve ever gone to and they make the eye exam so easy.
