I was very satisfied with my visit to the Vista Optical Center. Service provided was outstanding. The lady (I believe her name is Jessica) is very knowledgeable and polite. She listened to all of my concerns and made recommendations on the type and style I should select. All you need is your current eye glasses prescription and I promise, you will not be disappointed.

Love Jessica Hunneyman is the best Vista store manager on post . She was always willing to help and always did a great job . Thank you for all Jessica . She is a woman of action !
Great experience, my glasses came quickly! They were adjusted perfectly, and the lady working in the store was so friendly and helpful!
To make a long story short, I went in to pick up my prescribed glasses and a brunette lady in her mid 20's was so unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. All because I asked her twice to tighten my super loose glasses (on the sides). After the second time, she just told me (with an attitude) that the glasses were loose because it's a new one and I'm not used to them yet. (They were so loose they would literally fall off if I looked down). I was in disbelief that she wouldn't do anything about it. So I said thank you, grabbed my glasses and left the store and decided to tighten my glasses at home on my own. I wish I knew her name. That was probably the worst experience I've had.
They help my wife get her glasses and contacts. Great communication and awesome customer service.
