Excellent! I appreciate how my frames and lenses have been taken care of under their warranty. I had felt uncomfortable going in so many times with frame issues. Each time we tried something with the frames no one complained, they just handled it. Also, with standard lenses and low cost frames the turn around time was impressive, less than an hour!
The people here are friendly and super helpful. They helped me fix my warped sunglasses due too a friend having a fat head lol service was quick and free of charge just for this simple fix THANK YOU SO MUCH for tightening my favorite sunglasses ❤️
I recommend Michelle for excellent customer service! My first pair of glasses….she helped me select frames and then when I rushed in the next day right before closing time to make the leap, Michelle took care of everything.
The experience was super fast and professional. After picking the frames and taking to the employee, the ordered got place and was completed in less than 30 minutes. They have lots frames in stock. Definitely coming back for my glasses needs
Eyemart Express was great! We came here because my daughter broke her glasses. Dustin was very helpful and knowledgeable, he got my daughter a new pair of glasses in less than an hour! It was easy to switch over her prescription to a new pair and we also got a second pair free! They also give a military discount. Totally recommend this place!
