Had a bad experience here! I called twice to make sure they took our insurance and was assured both times they did. My husband and I had multiple different types of insurance to show them and once we arrived they said they didn’t take any. The doctor then said that we would have to pay the full appointment fee (which was a lot) and when I said no, we then had to pay a “no show” fee of $40 which I’ve never heard of before. They were very rude. I would not waste your time going here.

So pleased with my thorough eye exam and selection of frames. Had great assistance in picking out the right fit for me. Glad my coworker recommended them to me. Can't wait to see clearly with my new glasses, next week.

Got my new glasses with progressive lenses. Couldn't use them. Darlene was very understanding and offered to change them to regular bifocals. Tried them and couldn't see out of the reader part. Took them back again and said I wanted a refund. Was told they don't do refunds and never have in 21 years. Not true! I was given a refund a few years ago because prescription was not correct. I told Darlene thdisappointed. have a no refund policy posted and that's when the attitude started. I told her maybe the fact that I have a cataract (which they never mentioned) was part of the problem with my prescription. I was told at that point everyone has cataracts they start at age 7. I was beyond baffled. After refusing a refund I said fine just do the distance lens. Needless to say, the glasses are worse now then when I started. I'm out over $200 on glasses I can't wear. So dissapointed.

Came here for the first time having not had an exam or new glasses in a few years. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great selection of frames, sometimes these smaller places don't have as much but that's not the case here. Had an issue with the glasses and contacts and within 48 hours both issues completely taken care of. I will definitely be back.

You don't have to wait long to get an appointment here and the staff are very friendly and helpful, great place to have your eyes checked and or get new glasses 🤓
