I am so impressed with the level of service and professionalism I experienced here. Even though I had never been seen by any doctors at this facility, due to an urgent situation, Debbie managed to have me seen by Dr. Bolbolian. They were both very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Needless to say that Dr. Bolbolian diagnosed me correctly and I felt better within a few hours.
We really appreciated the sincere kindness and professionalism of this practice. It was easy to make the appointment and they got our insurance approval quickly. The doctor was thorough and went out of her way to be helpful.
so we finally got into Westlake Village Optometry today and honestly it was such a relief from the last place I went to. they actually listened to me when I said my eyes felt dry and didn't just brush it off which made me feel like a real person not just a patient number. the guy who helped me pick frames was super patient, let me try on like ten pairs and didnt once check his watch. I found these tortoiseshell glasses I wasn't sure about at first but now I cannot stop looking at them in the mirror. seriously worth the drive from our side of town, I am already planning to go back for my next checkup
Dr. Jamie Cohen is amazing. I've been going to see her for over 8 years and she conducts a comprehensive exam. Her support staff is amazing as well. She's located inside Target in Westlake Village.
I’ve been going to this practice for my exams for 6 years now, and they always treat me well. Good doctors, clear instructions and explanations on insurance, billing, exam types. Very easy to schedule and modify appointments; excellent availability.
