Hands down the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen. I’ve lived in several different states and have seen many eye doctors over the years, but none compare to Dr. Rosanna Chen. She is knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and genuinely takes the time to answer every question. I never felt rushed, and she made the entire visit comfortable and reassuring. If you’re looking for an exceptional eye doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Chen.

We’ve been coming here for a few years now for vision checkups and buying our prescription glasses. The eye exams have been thorough and consistently well administered. The office staff is very responsive and helpful with making appointments, pulling up insurance details and billing. They carry a diverse selection of frames for prescription glasses and sunglasses from regular brands like your RayBans to luxury brands like Prada, Gucci etc. You may need to book your vision exam a few weeks in advance due to high demand.

This eye center is fantastic! The team there is very caring. I highly recommending calling before entering the store.So you can find out if you need an eye exam.Before getting your new pair of glasses. However, it's not an issue to walk up ring the doorbell, and someone will open the door for you to look around.And you can make an appointment right then.And there. I would say, be honest with your doctor when you're getting an exam.Let them know any issues that you may be having with your eyes or the time of day or if you are working on a computer staring at a screen for some time. That all affects how your eyes feel right then, and there before they examine. I got multiple glasses from this place.And they cover vsp insurance. I was blown away by this new display.And had to get these pair of glasses in the picture. I also got my metaglasses from them. But I don't think it's as easy as I got lucky to get them last year. It doesn't hurt talk ask. I will go here as long as my assurance allows me to.

I’ve been coming to this location since I was a kid and they have always been very friendly and easy to talk to. I came in today with my uneven glasses and I was helped almost immediately and they were very kind (thank you so much Carmyna Yu!) My glasses after such a long time are finally even and comfortable.

I went downtown and requested an appointment for a contact lens exam—I didn't want an exam for glasses, only for contact lenses! I asked for the cost of the exam and was told it was $160. I returned for my appointment, underwent the tests, and to my surprise, they performed an exam for glasses instead of contact lenses; I was told that if I wanted the exam for contact lenses, I would have to pay an additional $79! I explained that I had requested only contact lenses—not glasses—right from the start, but they claimed it was a communication error due to the language barrier. You know exactly what that implies!
