The staff here are always nice and friendly, and I’ve been coming to this location for a few years. Unfortunately, I’ve had ongoing issues with my prescriptions. The first pair of glasses I received had a prescription that was very different from what I previously had at another location. I assumed my vision had significantly changed, but my eyes never adjusted. The glasses remained blurry, and I ultimately couldn’t wear them or get the issue resolved. I always get two eye exams from two different places to compare prescriptions, and the prescriptions I receive from this location are consistently way off. They’re not just slightly different they’re completely off to the point where it’s hard to believe. I decided to give it another chance this year with a new exam, hoping for better results. Unfortunately, I experienced the same problem again. My new prescription is blurry and doesn’t seem accurate at all. At this point, I no longer believe my vision changed that drastically it feels like the eye exams may not have been done properly. If you’re in the area and want a reliable exam, I recommend going to America’s Best and seeing Dr. Methvin. In my experience, he is fast, accurate, and consistent with prescriptions. I truly appreciate the kindness of the staff here, but accurate vision care is essential.
