How would I put in a complaint?! I've been a patient for years and for the first time "EVER" did I get horrible customer service. Supposedly the person I spoke to was the office manager and she was absolutely rude!!! She had an attitude and didn't like when she got one back. If she's new then they sure did downgrade!!!!!!!!

Crystal went above and beyond to help me locate my VSP benefits and made the whole process smooth and stress‑free. Booking my annual eye exam was fast and easy, and that’s one of the many reasons I’ve been coming here for years. Every visit feels welcoming, familiar, and comfortable, almost like visiting family. I had an eye exam and ordered 2 pairs of glasses. The people at the front desk said they would take a couple weeks. 8 weeks later I still had no glasses. The 2 girls at the front rarely answer the phone causing me to have to make 2 trips to the office to get an update. One time the office was closed at 2pm during normal business hours. They did issue a refund, but failed to contact my insurance and release my benefits.....honestly 1 star is too high for this company.
My experience at Westside Eyecare was terrible because they rescheduled my appointment twice. The second time, I was never informed that it had been changed, which caused me to waste time driving an hour and a half to an appointment that had already been rescheduled.
The customer service here is amazing!!! Ivana repaired my glasses in just a few minutes with no charge and I'm not even a customer!!! Really appreciate it!
