Today was a remarkable day for my 8-year-old daughter because it was her first time wearing glasses. The staff was outstanding; from the beginning to the conclusion, everyone was kind and helpful. My daughter was thrilled that Dr. Taylor directed all of her questions to her and ensured she understood before moving on, as he made her feel at ease while discussing the entire process of adopting glasses for the first time. Normally, doctors ask the parents questions, and we decide what to do. However, I enjoyed that he shared all of his worries with her, informed her of everything that would happen, and made the experience enjoyable. She was a little anxious, but after he spoke to her at her level of understanding, she became very excited about receiving her first pair of glasses.
