Have been interacting with this practice and its previous owner since 1991. That wouldn't happen unless I found the practice and its employees outstanding. Really want to give a shoutout to Beth who goes out of her way to help you when it comes to your glasses...she's the best!
Both myself and my children have seen Dr Underwood several times and have had an excellent experience every time with him and his staff. I would strongly recommend this office to any family member or close friend.
Fantastic experience - would recommend to everyone. Front desk staff is very helpful and pro-active, techs highly competent and knowledgeable, and new Dr. Underwood is genuinely enthusiastic about eye health and helping patients- it took him 5 minutes to solve a problem I'd complained to his predecessor about for two years!
