Patricia, optician from Vision Center, was extremely helpful with several pairs of glasses I needed to fix. She was very kind, patient, professional, and understanding. And she was able to repair all my glasses absolutely brilliantly! They fit my face like never before - and I see so clearly! Thank you, Patricia, you are the best!!!!

I needed new RGP contact lenses and took the prescription to this Walmart Vision Center. Louisa, the new manager, went out of her way to help me. She saw that I had ordered the same type of contact lenses through Walmart 6 years ago but she could not find the procedure to order them through Walmart. She checked the log books, called the previous manager to find out how to order them but that manager did not know either. Louisa told me she would find out how to order the contact lenses and then get in touch with me. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from Louisa a few hours later telling me contact lenses will be ready to be picked up in a few days! Louisa went out of her way to help me. She was very friendly, caring and professional. She also helped me pick out eyeglass frames that fit my budget. I'm grateful to Louisa for all her help.

I went in to fix up my glasses. I needed help screwing back the screw of the hinges because I was having trouble doing it myself. The service for quick fast as well as free. I highly recommend, the lady was so sweet! She also went out of her way to clean my glasses. :)

Visited the Walmart Vision Center with my elderly mom who had fallen the night before and bent her glasses. Patricia was amazing! Not only was she kind and patient with my mother, she fixed her bent frames, replaced her nose pieces and did it all for nothing. Wow! Amazing service!

Walmart Vision & Glasses has a great selection of eyewear. Although I didn’t purchase new glasses today, I stopped by to have a pair that I purchased online from another merchant adjusted. Patricia, the optical assistant, was incredibly helpful and provided the perfect adjustment. My glasses no longer slip down my nose! Thank you for the excellent customer service!!
