I was in terrible, blinding pain from a scratched cornea, and Dr. Tepper saw me almost immediately as a walk-in new patient. Everyone at the office from the front desk to the nurses/medical assistants and doctors were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Tepper didn’t even rush our appointment. I will absolutely be recommending this practice to my family and friends.

I will definitely be coming back to this practice! Dr, Tepper Is someone who really cares about his patients and wants to see them heal instead of having them come back over and over again with the same problems. He took time to really understand and explain to me what was going on with my eyes and offered me the right solutions. The staff is also trained very well, Selena did a great job prepping me and explaining next steps. I was very impressed. Honestly, everyone should come here if they have eye issues This is the real deal Straight up solutions and treating people right!
The doctors are good and were thorough with my exams but the front desk staff are absolutely atrocious. Many don’t have any helpful answers for you or rely on a single person who’s always busy or at lunch or just not available to get anything done. This results in you constantly being on hold for a singular person to be able to handle the most basic of requests (like confirming what they took my payment information for was processed or not…). Horrible service here
I was in excruciating pain from a scratched cornea, and Dr. T and his team made time to see me as a walk-in, first time patient to address the abrasion. He also came to the rescue when I experienced complications from the contact that was intended to serve as a bandaid as my eye healed. Cornea abrasions are right there with child labor on my pain scale, and I'm so grateful for his empathy and treatment under the circumstances
Their reputation online precedes them…I see why it’s pretty low…I’ve been there a few times, the doctors are okay but the front desk receptionists are rude and disrespectful. I’m pretty sure they act like this because they receive a lot of clients and serve Medicaid & Medicare patients but it’s a real shame and off putting….until they have a turn around away from those rude sassy young women who gossip in the office instead of actually being nice to the customers & patients I suggest going somewhere else.
