I have gone to other eye clinics, but have never received the quality of care that I get at Wiles Eye Center! The entire staff is welcoming and professional. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a higher level of care.

I take my husband to this office to see Dr. Wiles, in a regular basis. My husband has been a handicap person for 5 years by now. All the staff and doctors in this office have been amazing to us. They all are very nice and professional. And they are always patient, and helpful to my husband. I just have a lot of good comments to say about this wonderful Dr. And his staff. They always provide an amazing service to their patients. I am so glad to know that we have a great Eye Dr. to go here in Saint Joseph, MO.
We had a very unpleasant experience here we had to wait 2 hours to see doctor Wiles he was really rude and not informative. The other staff here was really rude as well. I would rate zero stars if I could we will not be coming back
My dad and I have been visiting Wiles Eye Center for quite a while now, and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. They have a very wide variety of glasses as well. I've already bought two pairs in the last year. We also order contacts through them and they always come in within a timely manner. You can really tell that the staff loved what they're doing. It's an awesome experience every time I go.
I’m writing this on behalf of my grandmother who is sitting here with me. She is a regular patient here but arrived for the first time since needing a wheel chair. The office personnel was extremely rude and unprofessional about doing an eye exam in her wheelchair. They were again rude when she asked if they could call the assisted living center shuttle. They didn’t want to do a certain eye test that required her to be lower than her wheelchair would allow to fit under the table. It literally brought my grandma to tears, she has never experienced this type of Senior/handicap discrimination.
