Very nice people working in this place, from the front desk, to the Dr. Everyone was helpful. The Dr. really listened to my concerns. She looked things up she had never heard of. Great place to get your eyes checked and to buy glasses. I will continue to go back.
The staff fit us in the schedule on a busy day to make sure we got seen. I was very appreciative because we had to reschedule due to broke glasses. They worked very hard and were amazing! Edit: We eneded up having to wait a whole month for the glasses. And when we got them the lenses were NOT properly in place and the arms were loose and shifting. My option has changed. Would not go back.
Scheduled my annual exam for the middle of March and ordered contacts to be delivered. My contacts were delivered but a week later I called to discuss an issue with my new contacts or if I could exchange my contacts. My call was not returned for 2 weeks. I had to call back only for them to schedule me another eye exam. *update. Alison was amazing and fixed all of this!
Once you're in there and have an appointment the doctor is amazing! Don't try to call and get somebody on the phone, because the receptionists don't like to answer the phone, and they like to hang up on you very poor receptionist job! Never have I ever had as much trouble getting somebody on the phone, as I have the spec shop. Their service did not used to be like this it used to be amazing I don't know what happened.
Dr Stacy Neal was so very nice. She explained everything to me and answered all of my concerns. I was worried about my eyes when I went in there but Thanks to her and the nurse that did my test they made me feel so much better about my vision. I would definitely come back because of them.
