Dr Rosenaks Optical Options

Over the Fourth of July weekend, I was in town visiting family. I was dealing with redness in my eye and needed to get in to see Dr. Rosenak. The staff graciously worked me in without a pre-scheduled appointment and I saw Dr. Spencer Rosenak. He was wonderful! I cannot say enough about his kindness and concern about my eye. He worked to get me an appointment in my hometown of Branson and I went to see that doctor/surgeon who confirmed Dr. Spencer Rosenak’s diagnosis. If you want a highly knowledgeable & skilled doctor, who cares about you, I highly recommend Dr. Spencer Rosenak.

Had a great visit today with Dr. Rosenak. He always listens and takes the time to make my visit perfect. The staff is efficient and super nice. Even with all of our travel we always find our way back for visits. He even had an old picture on the wall from way back when of the kids.

I've gone to Optical Options forever. Being 74, I'm always shocked when I go there & see the vast array of equipment they use to give their patients the most thorough exam & diagnosis possible. They diagnosed that I had cataracts & referred me to someone who could correct them with surgeries. I wasn't even aware I had a problem but, thanks to Dr. Rosenak, I was shocked at how much better my vision became. I love their large assortment of frames & always find a great pair that is perfect & affordable for someone on a fixed income. And they just became a bigger & better Optometry office with the addition of Dr. Spencer Rosenak. Can't wait for my next appointment.

From the second we walked through the door we were pleasantly welcomed. The atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable and not rushed. Dr. Spencer Rosenak performed a very thorough eye exam and answered any questions or concerns in detail. He demonstrated compassion and interest in day-to-day eye health with knowledgeable expertise. The eyewear selection is reasonably priced and stylishly current. They are knowledgeable about insurance and work well to get the highest quality service to the patient in a timely manner.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. The entire staff was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. What stood out most to me was how attentive and thorough Dr. Rosenak was. He really listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and made sure I fully understood my options. It never felt like “just another appointment” - it felt personal, supportive, and professional at the same time. They helped me so much, not just with my vision, but with my overall comfort and confidence moving forward. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. I’m incredibly grateful to have found this office and would recommend them to anyone looking for an optometrist who is not only skilled, but genuinely kind and compassionate.
