Hannah was the sales associate who cared for us. She was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Professional AND personable and SUPER sweet. She helped me pick out the CUTEST glasses and lined up my bifocal vision field perfectly. FINALLY!!! After nearly 10 years, she is the first person to actually get it right. I wear my glasses all the time now without constantly adjusting. Thank you Hannah!!!😘

I received a call from Zach, the proposed manager, a tattooed, unprofessional looking and sounding, both in-person and via phone, man that is threatening to turn me over to collections over $59 haha. Due to HIS failure to collect my insurance information PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT as any medical, dental, or optical for that matter office would do, right???? But that would’ve meant he would’ve had to take out his headphones, get off his butt, out from behind the desk, not make the new girl do everything on her own, and not just be playing around on his cell phone the whole time. Oh, and he appeared to stamp maybe 4-5 papers and stack them to the side. The young girl that did the intake for me was new. She was shadowing. No shade to her as she dint know anything but what genius showed her. The exam was telehealth. A joke. If I wanted that, I’d have just stayed at home and found an alternative anyway. I then get out and have a change in prescription. I go to the counter where ZACH THE CRUSADER, is holding my paperwork hostage for $59. I said, “Wait, you don’t take Medicaid?” He said, “No (chuckled) in like 20 years we haven’t taken it.” And again said it’s $59. I said I don’t have it and I’ve been unemployed since October 2025 or I wouldn’t have Medicaid…. He acted as if it was not an issue and said come back and just pick it up when I had the funds while some new woman was all dramatic, sealing it in an envelope and filing it away. Yes, she was truly dramatic about it. I said I would see what I could do. Here we are, a simple week later and I get a call from good ol boy Zach. He left a voicemail and I called back. He was a prick from the jump. He then threatened to turn me over to collections for $59! I told him go right ahead. He laughed at me and hung up on me like a child. I then immediately called corporate. A complaint was lodged and I am now waiting and will update when apprised with further information.

The service was outstanding. All technicians were very professional and helpful. My appointment was scheduled within two weeks. Dr. Bowitz was very thorough with the diagnosis and accommodating. I can't wait to get my Ferragamo eyeglasses and I was able to get a pair of sunglasses as well. Thanks to a great coupon sent through the mail! I will continue to recommend Visionworks to friends, family and strangers.

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about the telehealth exam. It ended up being a very thorough & positive experience for me & I will not hesitate to do this again. I was very pleased with the service I received, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Arrived to my appointment on time. Initial screening was completed within 10 minutes. Waited over an hour to complete the rest of the exam via telehealth. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I just think they need a better system.
