Staff and Dr’s were very friendly and didn’t rush the appointment. Preliminary exam was smooth and very thorough. She answered all my questions and explained the process so it was easy to understand. Dr. Blake was also kind and courteous. Explained what my issues were and explained solutions in an easy manner. Scheduling was easy and the literature that was given to me had all the answers I was looking for.
I am very happy w/my visit to see my new eye dr. Dr Pham was very personable, and very good to spend time explaining things to me. He is very knowledgeable and can explain things on a patient's level. I really like him and appreciate that very much. I highly recommend Dr Pham & Williamson eye clinic.
Dr. Pham is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really understand my eye condition. After dealing with this for years and going through so much, I finally feel like I have someone who truly understands what I’m dealing with and is looking at the bigger picture. He is referring me to another specialist for a second opinion, which I really appreciate. I only wish I had found Dr. Pham years ago—it could have saved me so much suffering and frustration. I’m very grateful for his care and expertise and would highly recommend him.
Williamson Eye Center provides amazing eye care. There's only one problem that kept it away from 5 stars....the wait time. My appointment was for 2:40. It was 3:20 before I was called back. Then, after the preliminary stuff was done, another 30+ minute wait in the back room for the doctor to come in. Again, they provide excellent eye care, and I would highly recommend. just be prepared to wait.
I have been a patient for many years, and my experience has consistently been excellent. Dr. Adams is always thorough, thoughtful, and truly takes the time to explain what’s going on and what is needed, which I greatly appreciate. The entire staff is equally impressive: efficient, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Thank you all for the outstanding care and service!
