We use services of this optometry more than 4 years and no issues so far. Me and my family do eye exams, order glasses and lenses. Good service, good work quality.

They don't call you back, the ladies there are condescending and they they lie. Save your money and time don't go hwrr. I have been meaning to write them a negative review since the first time I went there. I didn't and left it go not this time. The first time they didn't tell me that they ordered something or confirmed it for me. So they were charging me. The 2nd time the girl in the front because I didn't but the contacts with them said something very condescending as if I was cheap and didn't want to spend the money. Let me see. I purchased the frames and glasses so I choose where to buy the contacts. Another time someone said really is that your age?? Really l?? The last time was they gave me 2 different contacts to test different prescription for each eye. I said okay I decided I wanted it bit then received the prescription and both eyes were the same. So I questioned it. And they lies and said it wasn't true but I kept the box and sent them a picture of it and they lied and said they didn't have the same kind So they gave me 2 different one. Really?? Liars. So save your money don't go there. Incompetent people work there.

Dr. Chow is fantastic, she is very friendly and helpful. The office is also very neat and nicely organized. The two ladies working at the front desk are also very helpful and nice.

The Dr. was friendly and great and took her time with me. I had a terrific experience with my glasses. KEN was especially attentive, patient and helpful with me in picking out the best frame and lenses. While he was taking my exact measurements, he used obvious accuracy and told me “Im going to get you the best pair of glasses you will have ever had” And he did deliver that. I love my glasses and the experience was great Thanks a lot! Dan

I used to like Dr. Shui before. I believe she doesn't have enough customers and trying to survive by becoming unethical and greedy. She doesn't send prescriptions for glasses and lenses to other optometrist. She want you to buy every thing with her. I had minor problem with my eyes and needed an eyedrop. She doesn't want to refill that either even though I visited her before a week. She doesn't care for the patients and only interested in making as many appointment as possible and charge many times. After this incidents, I thought about how she works even in regular time. Unlike other doctors, she also requested for my general health insurance and was doing unnecessary tests. She is sweet spoken as long as she can keep charging money constantly out of pocket. Tired of doctors who act like predators to run their business and we are not patient but ATM machines for her. Good luck if she thinks I/my family will ever come back.
