Dr. Patel at Windsor Eye Care is amazing! She’s super thorough and really took the time to understand how my eyes are changing with age and help me adjust to bifocal contacts. I never felt rushed and felt like she genuinely cared. The whole team is just great, friendly, professional, and top-notch customer service. Definitely worth the visit!
I have been seeing Dr. Patel for about 8 years and she has always provided premier eye care. Recently, I had a problem with my right eye and Windsor Eye Care was able to make me an appointment with Dr. Sanchez who was thorough and caring as she discovered that I had a tear in my retina . The team proceeded to setup a same day appointment for me at a retina specialist who was able to see me and perform surgery on the same day. Windsor Eye Care has the best team!
I have been going here many years and this is by far the best eye doctor I have ever had. Dr. Patel is extremely kind and very informative. I feel like I leave learning something new about how eyes work every time. She’s incredibly thorough as well, making sure contacts feel okay and there are no issues. The front desk staff and assistants are all amazing as well. I would highly recommend Windsor Eye Care to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.

I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences at Windsor Eye Care! Dr. Patel and the team are the most friendly, caring, and helpful people I’ve ever met in a healthcare setting. I was having a hard time getting my prescription right and Dr. Patel knew just what to do to help. This past year I’ve seen clearer than I ever have before. And my daily headaches from eye strain were gone. I trust her so much that I suggested my mom come visit from Tennessee for a long weekend just to be able to have an eye exam with her. The team spent time with us to help her pick the best looking frames for her face. She went with some frames that she’d never usually go for because they had such amazing advice on what’s best for the size and shape of her face. She has been so happy with her glasses!! To top it all off, the office is so upscale and elegant. You feel surrounded by luxury as soon as you step foot in the building. If you’re searching for a new eye doctor, this is definitely the place to go. Dr. Patel has got your back!!
