Windward Eye

The services at Windward Visions has a great and friendly staff. They took care of my son’s eye exam. The eye doctor was very detailed in explaining areas of his eye exams. Because of the changes in his eyes, they issued him a new pair of glasses he chose, and will receive them in about 3 weeks. I appreciate their care and well being of taking care each individual that walks into their office. Thank you Windward Vision.

I was very happy with my visit today! Everyone was so pleasant and knowledgeable! I was very satisfied with my doctor... she was very thorough and took the time to do and explain everything! I just told my son to take his dad there for his eye exam... My ex husband hasn't had one for years and needs a good eye doctor. Thank you everyone at WVC in kaneohe!

Dr Machida is very compassionate about what he does for his patients. I feel very comfortable talking with him about my eyesight and current situation. He is so sincere and I truly enjoy his sense of humor. He us very caring about my sister’s eyesight situation and I admire his dedication and efficiency with getting her the care she needs & referring her to the proper specialists. Mahalo nui! The assistants are very nice and pleasant- so helpful with making appointments. They are so nice and sincere with helping order glasses. I had a really great experience at Windward Vision Center. The staff was friendly, patient, and professional from the moment I walked in. The doctors took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment instead of rushing me. The office was clean, organized, and welcoming, and they were very helpful with questions about prescriptions, lenses, and insurance. Had the greatest experience @windward vision today. From Dr. Brown to the rest of the staff there making me feel comfortable,accommodated and informational. All with excellent customer service. They have a much bigger selection of frames to choose from as well as other options. Thoroughly satisfied.
