Love Wink Callabassas!! Easy to schedule, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff. No wait time. Doctor took time to review past visits and explain options. Space was neat and clean. Overrall delightful ✨
It was a great experience. The doctor was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. The reception staff were also friendly and welcoming. She will definitely be my eye doctor and our family’s eye doctor from now on. Highly recommend! 😊
Love Wink. The selection of glasses is amazing. Optometrist is top notch. The staff working there is so friendly snd helpful.. Never any pressure to buy and yoj could try on every pair if glasses if you want. Highly recommend.
I have been going to Wink for close to 10 years. I have never had anything short of a pleasant experience. Every single staff member is pleasant, considerate, and very helpful. The actual optometrist/Physician has changed over several times, but each have been stellar and prescribed the perfect prescription. There are no upsell or pushing any product. Beautiful selection of mid range and design designer frames. Can’t stand enough good things. Thank you, Wink! 😉
After being a customer since the store opened, they changed management - I will not go back Do not buy your lenses there!!!! Overcharge, not well made, do not last, are super expensive not guaranteed as I was told. The lenses I bought a little over ago scratched on the inside which seems to be manufacturer defect - it was not a scratch on the they talk you into adding coating on the lenses and more which is guaranteed to last….and said they fix scratches. Manager said it a few months out of warranty, a little over a year and they won’t do anything. Didn’t care that it was not something I scratched but inside the lense. She was nasty, unhelpful and rude, and didn’t care about losing our business. I had just had my eye exam as did my son and decided to walk out and never purchase anything from them again. Bye bye Wink.
