The staff at Wiregrass Optical are professional and friendly. I am glad I made the call and that they were so welcoming. They made me feel like my needs were important to them. Dave listen to what I was trying to accomplish. He made sure my goal was met with success. I won all around with great service and stylish glasses at great price!

I have visited Wiregrass Optical and I found the staff to be extremely nice, courteous and very helpful. I am very pleased with the product and services they are offering. This is a family oriented practice that have went out of their way to make sure that all my optical needs were met. Highly recommended.
If someone calls your business by mistake, YOU don't have to be rude. You can say "wrong number" and that's all. If that's an indication of how you guys do business I'm glad I was made aware. I didn't appreciate being told not to call " random number"
Older gentlemen was extremely rude and very disrespectful. I would advise to get someone else to answer the phone. I really hope he's not the owner as this is a disgrace. Shame on you Wiregrass Optical. By far the worst.
