Came into replace my nose pads on a pair of Raybans that I own. Was greeted by Terrie at the main desk and was helped right away after I explained my issue. Her and the rest of the team were able to get me a pair of replacement nose pads for no charge at all and were able to help me in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely come back!!!

Felicia was amazing to work with. Been wearing glasses for a long time. Never had this type of service before. So if you need glasses she is your go to person at Wisconsin Vision. You will not be disappointed.

We have come here a few times. I had a decent service. However this time they broke my frames because they too forcefully put in the lenses. Then they made me pay for the frames, because I signed a waiver that it might happen. They are more expensive than other places, which used to think was worth it. However my mind has been changed.
