Today was only my second visit to Wood Eyecare, with my first being back in 2024, and they exceeded my expectations once again. This morning I texted their main line to ask about scheduling an appointment and included my availability. About an hour later, they called to offer me a same-day cancellation within the next hour and a half. Since I live nearby and had kept my morning open, the timing worked out perfectly. Check-in was quick and seamless, giving me time to browse their beautifully displayed frame selection. I really appreciated that many of the frames had the lens pricing clearly listed, which made shopping much easier. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. The technician explained each test before performing it, making sure I understood what was being checked and how to position myself. The doctor was just as thorough, taking the time to explain every part of my exam, what he found, and why everything looked healthy. One of the highlights of my visit was seeing the same gentleman who helped me choose my glasses two years ago. Not only did he help me find another pair that fits comfortably and looks great on my face, but he also cleaned and adjusted my current glasses. They honestly feel brand new again. He remembered exactly how to guide me toward frames that suit both my style and comfort, and once again he absolutely nailed it.
