Exceptional Care and Complete Peace of Mind! I had a wonderful experience during my visit to Woolfson Eye Institute at the Snellville location today. Walking in, I was feeling very nervous because I didn't know what to expect, but the entire staff put me at ease right away. Everyone from beginning to end was extremely polite, warm, and professional. A special thank you to the lovely technician who helped guide me through my initial tests and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Leo Zlotcavitch was truly incredible. He was patient, polite, and attentive, taking all the time I needed to ask questions and discuss my care while examining my eyes. I never felt rushed for a single second. My experience was beautiful from start to finish, and I can not recommend Dr. Zlotcavitch and the team at Woolfson Eye Institute enough. If you need your eyes checked, this is absolutely the place to go! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

In 2023, I regret my decision to change from the Lawrenceville location to Snellville to be closer to home. After changing to this location, under the care of Dr. Samuelson, after my first visit, I knew I'd made a terrible decision. He's the ABSOLUTE worst physician that I've ever encountered. Thank goodness my neighbor referred me to Carlin Vision in Snellville, where I'm receiving the care that I need and deserve to manage my eye pressure. If you're looking to do business with this location, please do not book an appointment with Dr. Samuelson. I think he's at least 20 years late from retiring, because eye specialist does not suit him well. #revokehislicense
Visited with Dr Zlotcavitch today for a follow up on glaucoma. First visit we discussed drops and SLT. I opted for drops but agreed to discuss SLT on f/u. After 1 hr and 15 minute wait, Zlotcavitch rushes in, takes a quick look and tells his assistant to renew prescription. I indicated I wanted to discuss surgery and he responded "What surgery? I do lots of surgeries." and then began to list his many surgeries. His attitude was impatient and tone was clipped. Since I was in office for a glaucoma follow I would assume it would be clear to Zlotcavitch if he had reviewed my file. He was dismissive, arrogant and immediately left the room. If you agree with me that we should not tolerate bad service, especially from a doctor, I strongly recommend you find an alternative. Friends and family report good service and results from Georgia Eye Associates.
Dr Zlotcavitch recently did my cataract surgeries, and I am so happy with the results and with his care. He did more than present the options, he also advised which cataract lenses he recommended based on my eye exam. For each eye, the surgical process was very professional and comfortable, and the follow up care was thorough. No more glasses, my vision is clear, and I highly recommend Dr. Zlotcavitch and Woolfson Eye Institute!
I have complete confidence in Dr Zaver and Alaina. The inside of the facility — that is, the medical office(s) — is very clean and professional, but the outside is old-ish, and for years there’s always a puddle of water in the parking lot by the front door.
