We were there today and as usual, the staff were so patient and helpful!! I brought my son in after school for new glasses and he was acting a little crazy after his first day of 1st grade but Jacob was so patient! Justin helped us as well and there was a woman with glasses on whose name I didn’t get but the whole staff did great as usual! Thanks for always taking care of us! Been a customer for over 15 years!
Jacob was above and beyond helpful. I broke my glasses traveling and we stopped here to get a new pair. I need bifocals and although they couldn’t do it in a few hours he was able to find me a pair of frames I loved that would fit my lens. I bought prescription sunglasses as well. I was in and out in an hour and a half! So pleased. Thank you Jacob for putting up with me. I’ll now be able to see my best friends wedding clearly. Thanks again!!!!
I want to tell you that if you need glasses or contacts, go to Eyeglass World. You won’t be disappointed. Jaymee helped me with picking out frames in December. I went today for an adjustment. She is so professional, great at her job and is the sweetest person. She did an awesome job adjusting my glasses to fit better. I have been so impressed with Eyeglass World. You won’t be disappointed if you choose them. I went back to Eye Glass World for them to check my new glasses that won’t stay on. I told them I think the frame is too big. They agreed. Thank you Ariah for helping me today! I was inspired by your glasses so, I went with metal frames. Thank you to all the employees who are very professional.
James was extremely helpful in selecting my new glasses. She explained the pricing to me completely so I understood exactly what I was getting. Jayme was very professional. She needed to answer the phone while she helped me. She excused herself, answered the phone, returned to me, and returned to the phone as soon as an associate was available all while talking with me. If I hadn't worked as a receptionist I would have never known how diligently she was watching her associates. She's a keeper!
This is my 2nd time me coming here and the service is very welcoming I've been trying to find a place I can go and they sure did take care of business not to mention I bring my daughters here now for eye exams and glasses TOMMY got me right in and I didn't have an appointment he did warn me they didn't have anything available but because of the weather it helped there was a cancelation and was able to get in THEN DR. CHAU was VERY NICE and gave me pointers on how to better take care of my eyes. THEN BRANDON checked me out and was also respectful with the way he was being professional will return here again and again hopefully this team doesn't go anywhere as they all worked very good together
