I had a great experience today at Yandell eye care ! Taylor the technician, was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, taking the time to explain each part of the examination and ensuring we understood everything clearly. What truly set Taylor apart was the compassion and patience she showed my elderly grandmother. She treated her with genuine kindness, respect, and dignity, making her feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire visit, She never made us feel rushed and went above and beyond to answer questions and address concerns with a warm and reassuring attitude. Her dedication to patient care did not go unnoticed. We are grateful for the outstanding service she provided and highly recommend Yandell eye care !!

Im a single father of 3 and live an hour from the office, it takes several hours of our day every appointment. First the receptionist lied about the schedule time and said it was NEVER scheduled at that time so I showed the text message THEY sent me of the scheduled time and she responded with "oh well" 2nd they refuse to see my child because I was 2 minutes past the scheduled "cut-off" time even though another of my children where scheduled for the appointment directly after. And has been done that way every appointment prior. If that is the amount you care for my children unwilling to give them a very small amount of your time because of an uncontrollable situation then I will be getting them a new DR and will NEVER recommend this office to ANYONE!
Greeters were nice! Dr was average. He tried to convince me i need lasix surgery "down the road". The lady who was helping me look for frames was rude, Degrading, she didn't want to help me verify my insurance coverage, after disagreeing with me that I don't have coverage and I do! she didn't offer to show me the "budget frames" rolled her eyes at me multiple times when I said sheesh these are expensive! then tells me the lens aren't included you know? I can show your the budget room if you need it! I says yes! I sure would, isn't everyone watching the money these days? Her reply was ummm no! I said well unfortunately I don't have that luxury to blow money on $300 frames. She needs a lesson in customer service and compassion. Actually she needs to just be freaking nice. Because, it's folks like us that gives her a pay check. I certainly will not go back because of her rudeness. I don't know who oversees the staff but she's costly you a lot of future business. Also, she never fitted my new glasses! Handed me the box and said here ya go! They don't sit straight and they hurt the back of my ear. Never even offered to sit me down and do a proper fitting! Very very unprofessional.
Receptionist was nice, dr was great. Lady on the side where you get glasses was a witch. Claimed I owed from my last visit the year before, when we all know they don't let you walk out of there with your glasses unless you have paid. I will not be going back.
Had a good experience with intake and actual eye doctor but the experience after the initial visit was terrible. My son ordered and paid for both glasses and contacts in September. While he did receive the glasses they never did produce the contacts. They told me twice that they had re-ordered them. During this time they did give him a few more trial pairs to last him until his came in but they wouldn't release his prescription since he hadn't had his final fitting with non-trial contacts. After giving them 6-8 weeks to come in after each time they were ordered I stopped in (it's now March and a total of 5 months later) to get the issue straightened out. They said they'd look into it further and give me a call. While they did call back in a timely manner they then proceeded to buckle down saying that he had picked up the contacts in October and refused to accept the fact that he had never received the contacts. I pointed out that they had given him trial pairs and held his prescription specifically because he had never received them and the woman on the phone just raised her voice and was insistent that he had his contacts and then went on to say that he just wanted more since he got a 6 month supply and was about to run out. I will never go back. I will HIGHLY recommend for anyone thinking about going here to use ANY OTHER eye care provider. 0/10 Do NOT recommend.
