Dr. Moyer was fantastic. Both the women at the front desk were very professional and knowledgeable. The guy who did the pre-Dr scans was also excellent. The office is very welcoming and they ran everything through my insurance without issue. Can't wait to pick up my contacts in a few weeks. My coworker has already called to make an appointment.
The staff at Yealys is patient, knowledgeable and caring! They replaced my neurolenses, which are amazing, but the transition lenses never became clear inside. They were happy to make the replacement and took care of everything easily and quickly!
To the lady who just wanted to send me on my way instead of answering any questions i had on my 5 year olds glasses. I asked if there was someone i could contact you just looked at me & said have a good day. I hope you have the day you deserve. You have no customer service. You're unprofessional. I didnt come in there disrespectfulbut you sure pissed me off telling me have a good day to my question. It's been 24 days. 24 days. I payed August 17th and it's now September 4th and the glasses are still not here. Can't give me a timeline when they're coming in or a number to call anyone or doing anything to help me see when her glasses come in you just say have a good day to me like im going to just take that and leave. The glasses are for a 5 year old. My expectations are way low. When i get my daughters glasses because I'm not going to leave while I've been waiting for 24 days for them. But i will NEVER be going back here going forward if my kids need glasses again. You just wanted to send me on my way. You're disrespectful and you're unprofessional. I will never wait more than 3 weeks anywhere else to gets a CHILD'S pair of glasses.
Dr Moyer is the best doctor I’ve ever gone to for my eyes! She has been very successful in treating my dry eyes. I have been to multiple doctors that never suggested the care that she has and has resulted in controlling this dry eye condition. I no longer suffer like I used to thanks to Dr Moyer. The staff is very pleasant and nice to work with as well. It is a very clean and well maintained business! Thank you for all that you do to help your patients!!!!!
I love Yealy Eye Care at the Belmont. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My daughter has some issues with her eyes and the treatment she receives is above and beyond. The quality of our glasses are always good.
