You & Eyes

staff was welcoming and made sure that I understood everything they got me in quickly. They also were flexible with my appointment as we are in the process of moving and the movers had not shown up yet so I had to delay the appointment until later in the afternoon, the doctor is phenomenal. She’s pleasant she is approachable. She explains things well. She listens and I really enjoyed my appointment there.

First time coming here. Staff was very friendly greeting me at the door and getting me through the initial patient process. Dr Tran was great to work with and knew answers to my questions and was educated in a rare concern that I had. The follow-up staff helped me pick out new frames for my glasses, something that I struggle with, so that was great too. Overall one of the best experiences I've had.

Dr. Vi is one of my favorite doctors of all time. You & Eyes has been incredible for our whole family’s complex issues. They’re wonderful with kids and have advanced imaging equipment you wouldn’t normally see at an optometrist office. Everyone is so kind and friendly. But the thing that stands out most to me is what they did for me when I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. When my “nationally ranked” neurosurgeons and neuro ophthalmologist shrugged off my issues, I didn’t know where else to turn. I knew Dr. Vi would listen to me and I trusted her. She validated every one of my concerns and advocated so hard for me when I was at a dead end. It was so comforting hearing her say, “I’m so sorry no one is listening to you. You deserve better. No one is helping you but I will.” And she did. Because of Dr. Vi advocating for me, I was able to get proper testing and found out that there really was a dangerous situation needing immediate attention. Without her, I could have lost my vision and had permanent damage to my brain and other things. She saved my vision, my health, and helped me feel less alone in a battle that I have really not had much support in. She gave me the momentum I needed to get my brain tumor taken seriously so I can get my life back and she gave me hope to keep fighting. I also think it’s worth noting that in my opinion, Dr. Vi seemed to have just as much knowledge as my neuro ophthalmologist at Mayo Clinic but she was a million times more kind and patient and didn’t write me off. She is kind, intelligent, experienced, and will do what is needed to help per patients. She’s not just an outstanding doctor but also an outstanding human.

I had an amazing appointment at You & Eyes. Carrie did a fabulous job walking me through getting my new progressives and contacts. Dr. Nguyen was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend You & Eyes if you are needing glasses or contacts.

Dr. Vi and her staff are amazing! My 8 yr old got something in his eye and Dr. Vi was so gentle and sweet explaining everything she was going to do before she did it helping ease any fears! Within 10 minutes she was able to remove the object underneath his eyelid. I could not recommend her enough!! Thank you so much Dr.Vi
