High five along with the five stars to Young Eye Center! Service was awesome - Carlos was helpful, knowledgeable, with a great attitude - super nice, and ensured that everyone was being taken care of in the best manner. Also really love Dr. Bach! She’s amazing - thorough, professional, and the best optometrist I’ve met. Seriously! I’ve had trouble finding a doctor who could give me the right prescription because I need progressive lenses as well as something for my astigmatism, and she was the first one who’s been able to get it right. I’m recommending her - and Young Eye Center - to all my friends. ...And they also have a service where they can go to your office, based on the company - Eyes on the Job... that’s how I first met Dr. Bach, when she came to our office. Cool option!

This is the worse place for eye care in Doral. I visited the doctor one month ago and my glasses took 15 days to be ready. They were not good and I had to see the doctor again and switch back to my former prescription (before see the doctor). They had to replace my glasses and again I have been waiting for 15 days today. They never answer the phone. They charged me $315 for the glasses one month ago I do not have them yet. Get away from this place!!! Expensive and the worse customer service you can expect.

Horrible service. I have been coming to this place for over 10 years. I did not have one problem when Dr. Johanna Young was in charge. Now this business is ran by two complete inept employees. I had to do my glasses twice, And still, I had to go a third time to check the lenses because they are clearly not what it was recommended, only this time they tried to charge the insurance for it. Do I have to pay them extra? Really? They screwed up the lenses and I have to pay to show them their mistake? Also beware when you see a sign in the door saying "will be back in 5 minutes", this usually means they will be back in one hour. If visiting make sure you bring something to read, doctor is overbook and the wait time can be really long. I have never seen such a big negative change in a company in such a short period of time.

Excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Young.. She has been my eye Doctor since 2007. She is a very caring and thoughtful person. My hearing is terribly degraded due to exposure to military gunfire, so giving me an eye exam is a difficult experience. But Dr. Young has the patience and thoughtfulness to see it through. Also her rates for lenses and frames have been extremely reasonable. I would guide her services to anyone and have to friends and family..

If I could give this negative stars I would. To think that a grown man would even dare to yell at an elderly woman is beyond me. My mother came into to the store to have them replace a leg on her glasses. When the glasses were returned that day the lenses were all scratched and damaged. Once my mother pointed out the damage to a manager named CARLOS he proceeded to raise his voice and tell her that he wasn’t a “technician” as he said and he wasn’t trained to fix the glasses. I don’t understand Why he decided to do the repairs himself if he had no experience on how to do the repair. He even went as far to try and charge my mother for the damages HE had done on the glasses. I am disgusted by this disrespectful behavior that has been brought about my elderly mother. I will never go to this place again. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT ANYONE!
