I had the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had at Choice Optical yesterday. Dr. Tressler did a really In depth examination, as he does with all his patients. He and his staff are extremely kind and courteous and helpful. Picking out my glasses was a great experience. I really appreciate all the time Dr. Tressler and his staff took to help me get the best exam and advice!
I have always had the very best treatment at Your Choice Optical. Dr Tressler always gives a thorough exam, is patient and listens to all of my concerns. The staff is outstanding in friendliness and always kind and helpful. When I pick up my glasses and walk out the door they are perfect!
This place dont know how to run shit. Ive been waiting for my appointment through them for 2 months now they call me 3 DAYS before and tell them they canceled my appointment because their employees don't know how to do their job. They dont get proper training or something. They even told me they have went through 4 people in 2 months. My daughter is having a hard time seeing and weve been waiting 2 months and now I have to keep her waiting to be able to see. She's 4. My 4 year old has to keep waiting because these people cant do their job.
This was my first visit there. The eye doctor exam was very thorough,and office staff friendly and helpful. Definitely a good choice.
