Dr. Sobol and his staff is exceptional. The ladies Nancy, Tiffiany, Chickie, Brooke, Michelle and Helen. There is not many professional eye care offices, that get along, and work as a staff for the patients. I truly appreciate this office staff. Brooke went way beyond being helpful. Takes care of the insurance and helps you look n your best in your glasses Nancy always gets me in to see the Dr. Michelle and Helen work so well together, they r so helpful, I have a small disability and they make sure I am comfortable. Excellent ladies. Tiffiany and Chickie get you checked in quickly as possible, they take your co-pay, and help with any questions. Great Staff. Dr Sobol is the only one in the area certified for my Sarcoidosis in my eyes. So very good, I really like this group. I have my son and boyfriend now going. They treat you with respect no matter the circumstances. Keep up the great work. One good thing going for fayette county.

Every one of the staff members are so nice. I recently wanted contact lenses and at the age of 47 I was a little scared. Helen was amazing when she was educating me on the use of contact lenses. She even shared her own experience with contact lenses. Tiffany also took the time to share her experience with contact lenses. Both experiences helped me become more comfortable with putting my contacts in and taking them out. Dr Sobol always takes the time to explain everything to you and shares his own personal Experiences. He is very nice and always positive. He is very knowledgeable and I love the memories he shares about his dad. I love going to Laurel Ridge Eyecare.

My family and I have been going to Laurel Ridge Eye care for years and I have only good things to say about everyone who is employed there. Dr. Sobol is an excellent doctor. He is professional, very knowledgeable and a very nice person. He has been great in diagnosing and treating any eye condition we have had through the years. The office staff is well trained and very welcoming. The receptionists, Nancy and Chickie are friendly and very helpful. The techs, Michelle, Courtney and Helen are excellent at what they do and make you feel very at ease running the different tests necessary for an eye exam. The opticians, Tiffany and Brooke are so kind and helpful when trying to select eyeglasses, which can be a daunting task. The billing manager, Cindy, is very helpful when any problems arise with your bill. Also, the office manager, Carla, does an incredible job running that office. As you can see, I highly recommend Laurel Ridge Eye Care.

First time patient and fell in love with everyone immediately. Professional polite friendly. And direct and to the point. Happy i was referred
