New Perspective Eye Care

All the staff at Regional Eye Care are so friendly and more importantly, helpful! Lisa in the glasses department is exceptional in her care for Dr Ross’ patients. And Sue in same department was so friendly today and fixed my glasses quickly! Dr Ross is also exceptional in his care for his patients in his scope of experience and is also so very friendly and informative! I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a great optometrist with an exceptional staff!

Everyone is super friendly, not pushy and take time to explain things. I had to take my kids and although I was worried they’d be a bother to everyone the staff made sure to show they were just as welcomed as me to my appointment.

Dr Ross is the best he takes his time and explains things. The ladies Sue and Lisa help you find the perfect glasses and are patient with you. 1000000% recommend this place.

Had a minor billing issue / mistake. I called into office to discuss and resolve issue with no luck. I ended up talking to owner and much respect for this gentleman. I was able to communicate and resolve billing mistake. This gentleman actually cares to do the right thing.

If I could leave no stars I would ...This place I have been going to for quite some time many years...Having a slight eye problem, have eye coverage no medical as with so many today ..Anyways called a week ago or so to make a appointment they said it would be a emergency and I needed to be seen ..Get there today they said they needed to bill my medical not eye I said I dont have medical just eye ..They wouldn't see me ...But was told it's a emergency ..seeing floaters and possibly a retinal detachment...long story short went to my pcp they said they can't help and now in the emergency room ,this has been all day since this morning and still have no idea yet whats going on with my eye ...Now I know everyone wants paid but this medical thing is getting out of hand this is ridiculous to send someone out the door like that ..Very unethical...I definitely will be seeking another eye doctor .I think they could of tried to work something out with me ...But anyways I guess this is the World that we live in ..Very sad 😔...
