All the staff at Regional Eye Care are so friendly and more importantly, helpful! Lisa in the glasses department is exceptional in her care for Dr Ross’ patients. And Sue in same department was so friendly today and fixed my glasses quickly! Dr Ross is also exceptional in his care for his patients in his scope of experience and is also so very friendly and informative! I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a great optometrist with an exceptional staff!

Over the last few years Ive had trouble with my right eye specifically and my eyesight not being the best it use to be. As someone who use to have 20/20 eyesight this was a scary situation. Dr Ross always talks everything through before each step checks in during and after the exams/procedures and answers each question no matter how silly it may sound. He truly cares for his patients and his staff is always friendly as well.

My daughter had a screening done showing that she was very farsighted and needed to get into the eye doctor ASAP for an evaluation. Apparently finding someone local that will see a 4 year old is VERY difficult. We were recommended to check out Fayette Regional. We were able to make an appointment with Monica Theroux, OD on a Saturday (she sees kids twice a month on Saturdays) SUPER convenient for my schedule as I’m M-F 7-3. Monica was AMAZING with my daughter. My daughter is afraid of any kind of “doctor’s office” and honestly was super hesitant. Monica made sure she was comfortable, wasn’t pushy, had a lot of fun ways to get my daughter’s exam done! We are always seen quickly, all of the staff are great. You aren’t able to order your glasses on the weekend, but you can come in throughout the week. Mondays and Tuesdays they are open late (also super convenient for us M-F parents), they didn’t have the frames we wanted in stock (they have a large selection for kids! Actually CUTE frames too, very trendy), ordered them for us, we tried them on a few days later, had them sent out for the lenses, had them back within a week. Now my daughter is rocking her new glasses. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. My daughter LOVES it here❤️

Dr Ross is the best he takes his time and explains things. The ladies Sue and Lisa help you find the perfect glasses and are patient with you. 1000000% recommend this place.

Everyone is super friendly, not pushy and take time to explain things. I had to take my kids and although I was worried they’d be a bother to everyone the staff made sure to show they were just as welcomed as me to my appointment.
