My husband decided to get to Pearl for new glasses. From the time we walked in the door the lady that worked there took her time, helped his so much. She was very knowledgeable, soft spoken and precise. We just picked his glasses up and they are perfect. Definitely would go here again.
The employees were very friendly and answered all of my questions. The eye exam and subsequent tests were nice and quick. The place itself is super clean and it was a really nice experience which means a lot for someone who hates exams 😅
Sierra, the tech, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Jen made it an easy process ordering my glasses. The experience with the online optometrist was very good, just as good as them standing in front of you.
Great ladies working in store. Very helpful. However the price of glasses was astronomical.
Uniontown is so lucky to have a Pearle Vision location with such incredible customer service! Jennifer went above and beyond to help fix and find a quick solution after breaking my frames hours before a major road trip!! She treated me with such care and respect, fixed my problem and made me feel prioritized, I left stress free and happy! Ten stars would be a better option, I’m a happy customer! Thank you!
