It takes 2 hours if you are in for an injection and tests. Waiting rooms are way to small. Most employees are very nice.

Awful experience. Find another eye doctor unless you want to wait 2 hours total for your visit there. It is so miserable the process. You wait in a waiting room for a long time to wait in another waiting room for a long time to see the doctor for 5 minutes. The staff are miserable. The two receptionists at the front are great and friendly but once you get past them, it's a miserable experience! I almost walked out. Someone did actually. I waited an hour and 15 minutes before I saw the doctor and this happens every single time. I was there 2 hours and it's always like this.

My son had an 8:00 appointment. He was the 2nd person to sigh in and the 2nd person to be called back. He is a regular here so there was no "paperwork" involved with the wait. It's 9:30 and he was finally moved from the second waiting room to the exam room. The wait time here is ALWAYS a good 2 hours.

Dr. Christopher Seebruck has been very encouraging and polite. He has often taken time to explain my test results to me and my family and has been very patient I appreciate that he is very careful and gentle when administering the shots. Most of his staff are very helpful and kind, and some go beyond their call of duty to help other staff members and patients. You are treated with respect.

As always, the staff was very helpful and personable. The office today (9/26) was extremely busy but the staff handled it calmly and professionally. A very good staff who works as a well-oiled machine. Dr. Seebruck patiently answers any and all my questions. I hold this office in very high regard.
