I would like to recognize Lisa Freeman for the wonderful care she provided to my mother during her eye procedure. Lisa was extremely kind, patient, and compassionate throughout the entire process. She took the time to make my mother feel comfortable and at ease, which meant so much to both of us. Her professionalism and caring attitude truly made a difference. My appointment was at 9:30 AM and I didn’t see the doctor until after noon. Absolutely ridiculous. I discovered that there were several people in the crowded waiting room that had the same time as mine for the same doctor. They all said it was normal to wait over two hours. The place was not clean either. There was a sign in the waiting room that said 2 to 3 hour wait is to be expected. Totally unacceptable.

Zed works call center in Plantation is helpful, caring and always positive in achieving your request. I left messages for one of the doctors assistant and he wrote it for me and even helped me for best explanation. These chains are all the same. Like fast food restaurants. They check you in and you wait and get the same service. Except waited for two hours to be seen for less than 10min. I came for my eye that was irritating me. Gave me some wash samples and that's it. Of course my eye didn't feel different . Called and told them of course they wanted me to pay again to make another appt lol 😂 yeah right. Never again . Maybe the Medicare pt can afford to pay copays not me
